Refund Policy

Youth Track 6.0

We offer a full evaluation version of Youth Track that is not limited by time, but only by the number of records (25 max). We also provide a sample database already setup to illustrate the features and functunality of Youth Track. You can also setup your own database to make sure Youth Track will support your requirements. This allows you to evaluate Youth Track prior to making your purchase for as long as you need. Because of this opportunity to "try-before-you-buy" we do not offer a refund after Youth Track has been purchased. You can download the full evaluation version of Youth Track from our Downloads page.

NOTE: Rain checks are available when discount pricing is offered and you need more time to evaluate Youth Track. We will honor the discount price of the current promotion 30 days from the expiration date of the current promotion when a rain check is requested. Send an e-mail to sales@youthtrack.com to request a rain check. Make sure you include your name, church name, address and phone number.

Subscription Service Renewal

Due to the nature of the Subscription Service, we do not offer refunds on Subscription Service Renewals.
