" - Psalm 71:5 11/21/2009 - Youth Track 6.0, Build 6.200 Update Released! This build release includes the new attendance tracking system using bar codes. Print out attendance sheets or name badges with bar codes and make tracking attendance easier than ever before. All you need is a bar code scanner and Youth Track will handle the rest. View the Bar Code Scanners document for our recommendations for bar code scanners to use with the Youth Track Bar Code Attendance Feature. See the Youth Track 6.0 Update History for more details. This latest build can be downloaded by all Youth Track 6.0 customers who have access to their downloads list within their on-line account (active Subscription Service). Logon to your on-line account to check the status of your downloads list access within the Current Subscriptions box (you may have to scroll down a bit) within your Account Summary page. If you are currently running a build greater than 6.000, then download and install the Youth Track 6.0, Build 6.200 Update without uninstalling Youth Track 6.0. If you are currently running a build less than build 6.000, then please send an e-mail to support@youthtrack.com for installation instructions. 06/30/2007 - Youth Track 6.0 On-Line Training The Youth Track 6.0 Training Schedule for the Spring of 2010 will be posted just after the first of the year. Visit the Training Schedule and Outline page for details including schedule. Please contact James at sales@youthtrack.com for any questions you might have regarding anything you don't understand about the on-line training or just questions in general regarding the training system. We're looking forward to being able to provide training to all of our customers who have been asking for training classes. Any of you who have used GoToMeeting in the past will have no problem at all with this type of on-line training. For the rest of our customers, things may start out a little slow at first to make sure everyone is familiar with the features. To prepare you for the on-line training course using the GoToMeeting service, see the Attendee Quick Reference Guide link within the Training section (you may need to scroll down the page) of our Support page. The only thing you won't have to do is the registration process that is mentioned in the Attendee Quick Reference Guide (except for Course 1: Youth Track 6.0 Overview which will be handled differently since it is a free course geared towards prospective customers and/or brand new customers). We will be handling your registration once we receive payment from our on-line Order form. If you have time to become familiar with this material prior to the date/time the course starts, it will make everything run that much smoother.
